New Harmony

NEW HARMONY is our newly renovated accommodation for larger groups up to 8 people.

New Harmony sleeps up to 8 and includes:

• Master bedroom: king size bed and private open deck
• Bedroom 2: queen bed plus 2 twin xl beds
• Living area: queen pull out couch and pull out single ottoman
• Open concept living, dining and kitchen
• Master bathroom with shower and second full bathroom with shower over tub
• Screened in porch with lake views, lighting and ceiling fan
• AC/heat combo unit
• Dishwasher and full size appliances
• Smart TVs
• Free WiFi
• **Located above a garage, accessible by stairs only**

Each cabin is furnished with:

• Air conditioning
• Kitchen amenities including appliances: microwave, coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Butternut cottage is open year round with heat for hunting, ATV and snowmobile season
• Bed linens (please bring own beach/bathing towels and toiletries)
• Sleeper sofas
• Flat screen smart TV’s
• Weber grill’s

Check-in is 3:00PM Check-out is 9:00AM
Check-in/out times will be strictly enforced. Beach area will be closed 9:00am-3:00pm on Saturdays in Prime Season.

Prime season rate: $230 nightly plus tax (Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)  

** Summer bookings are Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day weekend through the last full week in August.

Off season rate: $200 nightly plus tax (May 1- Saturday before Memorial Day, September after Labor Day and October)

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% of subtotal will be invoiced via email after submission of reservation. Deposits must be remitted via check or ACH within 14 days of reservation. Your reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is received.

Prime season cancellations must be made no less than 60 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund. Off-season cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Reservations cancelled less than the allotted time frame for prime/off-season may receive a refunded deposit only if the cabin is re-booked.  No shows or overbookings forfeit full deposit.

**Additional fees; cleaning fees, pet fees, boat/motor rentals and applicable taxes are not included in the deposit and will be noted on the balance invoice.  Balance invoices are due upon reservation arrival.
